These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and services provided by Didaar Exhibition. By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services and Ticketing

• Nature of Service: This website provides information about upcoming exhibitions, facilitates visitor registration, and manages exhibitor bookings.
• Pricing & GST: All fees (stall bookings, tickets, or sponsorships) are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Under Indian law, a GST of 18% (or as applicable) will be added to the base price.
• Payment Security: Payments made on this site are processed via encrypted third-party gateways. Didaar Exhibition does not store sensitive financial data like CVVs or UPI PINs.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Visitor Tickets: Exhibition tickets are generally non-refundable unless the event is officially cancelled by the Company.
• Exhibitor Bookings: Cancellation of stall bookings is subject to a sliding scale of retention fees based on the number of days remaining until the event. Please refer to your specific Exhibitor Manual for the percentage breakdown.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including the "Didaar Exhibition" logo, website design, and promotional graphics, is the exclusive property of the Company.

5. Compliance with IT Rules (India)

In accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021, users are prohibited from:

• Impersonating another person.
• Uploading content that contains software viruses.
• Posting information that is harmful to minors or threatens the sovereignty of India.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Event Changes: Didaar Exhibition reserves the right to change the exhibition venue, dates, or floor plan due to administrative reasons or Force Majeure (Acts of God, government lockdowns, or strikes).
• Disclaimer: We are not liable for any business losses, loss of data, or travel expenses incurred by participants due to event rescheduling.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

9. Other: (STALL BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITION)

50% amount advance on booking time and remaining amount will be clear before 15 Days of Exhibition  otherwise stall will  be allotted to other exhibitor.

1. Payment to be made by Cash/Cheque in the name of “HIYA ADD”.
2. For all stall sizes, we provide 1 table, 2 chairs, 2 spotlights, and 1 plug point.
3. Under no circumstances will the amount be refundable or adjustable, and no cancellation is allowed.
4. The payment will not be refunded in case of any natural calamities or human disasters.
5. Extra charges will apply for additional facilities. HIYA ADD is not responsible for the selling of your products or services.
6. Any applicable taxes will be the responsibility of the stall owner.
7. An additional 10% charge will apply if stalls are taken at prime locations or on a sharing basis.
8. Any kind of offer or discount banners are strictly prohibited in stalls or the exhibition area.
9. The advertising budget is subject to change.
10. Guarantee of crowd pulling is not assured.
11. The floor plan is tentative and may be changed without prior notice.
12. All rights are reserved with HIYA ADD.
13. Exhibitors are solely responsible for the safety of their goods. HIYA ADD is not responsible for theft or loss of any goods.
14. Subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction only.
15. The stall owner must complete full payment before the exhibition starts. If payment is incomplete, the stall owner will not be allowed to remove products from the exhibition area.
16. GST (18%) will be charged extra.
17. In case of a cheque bounce, cheque bounce charges and late payment fees will be charged to the stall owner.
18. All stall holders must follow all government guidelines and rules.
19. Stall holders are responsible for maintaining the exhibition premises. Any damage caused will be charged to the stall holder.
20. I hereby declare that I have read all the terms and conditions carefully and agree to them.
